STEP ONE

Start your journey toward developing your school’s permanent home by completing the Assessment Tool. This tool will help you figure out how ready your school is to develop a facility.

The Assessment Tool is meant to help you look at your school from the eyes of a lender/investor. If your overall score is low and/or your school scores low on any one question or section, be prepared to explain why this is, and how the school is rectifying the issue or contact READS.

Once you’ve assessed your school’s readiness, you’re ready for Step Two! Go to Determining Cost and Feasibility.
