Brian M. Keenan is the founder and President of Real Estate Advisory and Development Services, Inc. (READS) an innovative non-profit real estate development company committed to meeting the needs of the non-profit sector. Prior to his work at READS, Mr. Keenan served as Vice President of Financial Products and Services for New Jersey Community Capital. Mr. Keenan has more then 10 years experience in the community development sector, while employed as a project manager for both The Community Builders and Common Ground Community he facilitated the development of over 1,300 units of low, moderate and special needs housing. Originally from Long Island, NY, Brian is a graduate of The Pratt Institute Center for Community and Economic Development and Molloy College, with a bachelor’s degree in social work and is also a graduate of St. Peter’s College with a Masters of Business Administration.
Rick Pressler is the Executive Director and a founder of the Greater Brunswick Charter School in New Brunswick, New Jersey. He has also served as Chairperson of the school's Board of Trustees and as School Business Manager. Greater Brunswick Charter School is a K-8 regional public school serving 200 students from New Brunswick, Highland Park, Edison, and nine other school districts in Middlesex, Somerset, and Union counties. Mr. Pressler also serves on the New Brunswick Tomorrow Education Task Force and the Advisory Board for Middlesex County College, New Brunswick Center.
Prior to his work at Greater Brunswick, Mr. Pressler worked for 16 years as a learning support consultant, project manager, and business process analyst for telecommunications and Internet-related companies throughout New Jersey. He is a graduate of Haverford College and is currently enrolled in the M.P.A.P. program at the Bloustein School for Public Policy (Rutgers University).
